We hire for character and teach for skill. No need for background in produce or farming. We want people who are honest, humble and curious! There is a lot of opportunity for growth and learning in our industry. Understanding that we don't know everything and must seek to continuously learn is crucial!

Working At CityFarms

- We love and respect each other. There is no company drama.

- Much of our work is fast paced and physically demanding although thankfully it's indoors so you won't have to worry about the cold winters!
- Team members should be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Good hand eye coordination and a preference for working with your hands will go a long ways!

- When we hire you, your job isn't just to harvest, package, deliver, and maintain the farm. We hire you to continuously improve the process of harvesting, packaging, delivering and maintaining the farm. We give everyone allocated time to make improvements to their own work.
